Hello, I just read in your post from 1999 about Doc's trading strategy, and it said we are only to take trades in GBP/USD and EUR/USD. Is that right? I didn't realize that was the case. I thought we were to take trades in any of the pairs on the Live Market Quote Page.... Can you please comment on that? Thank you!
Yes, you could take trades in any of the 6 pairs, however Doc's focus is on EUR and GBP. If you look at his blog you'll see all his status updates revolve around E/U and G/U.

Also, I sent you an email, and also asked under a different post, about the possibility of being able to set up my MT4 like you have, with the different colors around the sessions... Would you be kind enough to point me in the right direction with how I may be able to do that? If so, I'd be much obliged! Thanks!

Move the indicators to ATC FX pro>experts>indicators.
